Delivery
According to the regulations of Privat Bank, the crediting of funds by internal bank transfers to RR takes from 30 to 60 minutes.
Transfers from other banks (not Privat Bank) may take 1-3 banking days.
We ship every day from Monday to Friday (only by Nova Poshta) after receiving payment within 1-3 working days.
Be sure to check the goods upon receipt at the branch of the transport company. Completeness, integrity, quantity ordered. If something does not fit or the goods are damaged, draw up a claim / refusal ACT at the branch of the transport company at the time of receipt. By receiving the parcel (without ACT claim), you confirm to Nova Poshta that everything corresponds to your order. After that, claims for the above described will not be accepted.
