You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. This right guarantees you the Consumer Protection Act. To do this, you need:
- Make sure that the device was not in use, and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, rubbing, etc.
- Make sure that the device is fully complete and the integrity of the package is not compromised.
- Ensure that the warranty card, check/invoice for the item (proof of payment) is correctly filled in.
- Make sure that all tags and factory packaging are saved.
- Contact the store where you purchased the device.
