We provide warranty service during the established warranty periods with a complete set - the presence of a correctly completed warranty card, seals or stickers, as well as original packaging..

Warranty service includes the elimination of defects or faults in the goods caused by manufacturing defects or arising before the transfer of the goods to the buyer. If it is impossible to eliminate defects or malfunctions, a warranty exchange of goods is made.

Reception for a guarantee exchange is made by means of forwarding the courier service NovaPoshta. The data for shipment is indicated in the warranty card.

If it is necessary to check the quality of the goods, diagnostics can be carried out, during which the fact of compliance with the operating conditions and warranty conditions, as well as establishing the authenticity of the facts set forth in the Application is established. The maximum period for checking the quality of goods in accordance with clause 6 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" is 14 days. 

For warranty exchange, we accept goods purchased only on our website. Or with our warranty card. Under the guarantee of the goods purchased from our partners (without our war. card), please contact the store where you purchased the goods.

  • Make sure that the operating conditions are not violated.
  • Make sure that the device has no damage (mechanical, thermal, electrical, moisture ingress and other types of damage).
  • Make sure that the device has no damage caused by ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or extreme temperatures.
  • Make sure that there is no unauthorized opening, repair or change of internal communications and components of the goods, changes in the structures or diagram of the goods.
  • Make sure that all labels and factory packaging are saved, warranty seals are available and are not damaged.
  • Ensure that the warranty ticket is correctly filled in and that all conditions are met.
  • Make sure the warranty period is not over.
